From november 2010 till april 2011 only € 800,-- when hiring for more then 3 month contiguous.
When booking early and paying 25% in advance, you will receive a 10% discount on the total amount as standard.
These amounts are excluding deposit, final cleaning and energy and water usage. The deposit comes to € 250.00. Assuming no visible damage has arisen during the rental period, this will be refunded to you straight after inspection. Final cleaning comes to € 75. Energy (incl. air conditioning) and water costs are € 2,-- pppd.
